How does it work?

Your new device comes with everything you need for immediate use except for butane. Simply twist the Brick apart gently to break the magnetic connection, then lightly fill the chamber with your material, reassemble the bricks, and you’re ready to go. After filling the included torch with high-quality butane, adjust the flame length to approximately one inch and hold the lit torch slightly above the flared air intake. Then inhale and enjoy the super-smooth and incredibly tasty vapor!

If disassembly is necessary, insert O-rings into the wood before the glass when reassembling for the best seal.

How are these devices made?

All of our devices are hand made by us in the mountains of North Carolina. We use the finest quality hardwoods which we mill ourselves, and extra-thick Simex® Glass blown right here in our studio.

Shipping

How will my device be shipped? Will it be discreet?

All packages will ship in a plain white box or brown padded envelope. We may use custom tape printed with our bricks logo to seal your box, but nowhere will the name Sticky Brick Labs be printed. The sender name on your USPS label will be listed as SBL.

What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders ship via USPS. Depending on weight, you may have the option of First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within one business day. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number when the order is processed for shipment.

How does international shipping work?

International orders ship within one business day. You will receive an automated email with your import number when the order is processed for shipment. International orders require registered or Priority mail to receive tracking information and may be subject to customs or other import fees. Any additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer, please check the regulations for your country before ordering.

Returns & Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

All devices come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect. All glass is covered by a 15-day warranty against manufacturer defect. Only products purchased from Sticky Brick Labs or a trusted retail partner are eligible for warranty claims. We do not endorse any second-hand device sales and warranties are non-transferable.

I think I have a warranty claim. What do I do?

If you think you have a warranty claim please contact us by filling out our contact form to discuss options. We reserve the right to provide reasonable troubleshooting measures prior to sending a replacement unit. Defective units may be requested for return on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs for replacement items will be incurred by the customer.

What is your returns policy?

Unused items carry a 10-day, no-questions-asked return policy for a refund of the purchase price minus a 5% handling charge. All shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
