How does it work?

Your new Brick comes with everything you need for immediate use except for butane. Simply twist the Brick apart gently breaking the magnetic connection, lightly fill the chamber with your load, reassemble the bricks, and you're ready to go. Fill the included torch with high-quality butane, adjust the flame length to approximately 1 inch, and hold the lit torch slightly above the flared air intake. Enjoy the super smooth and incredibly tasty vapor. If disassembly is necessary, insert O-rings into the wood before the glass for best seal. You can find device-specific instructions here.


How are the devices made?

All of our devices are hand made by us in the mountains of North Carolina. We use the finest quality hardwoods which we mill ourselves, and extra-thick Simex® Glass blown right here in our studio.


Why should I choose a Sticky Brick device?

The Sticky Brick lineup combines the convenience of a portable with the hard-hitting power of a desktop unit. Our devices give you instant, on-demand convection with no need to wait for a device to heat. And because your material isn't being heated except when you are actively using your torch, you can walk away mid-session and come back hours (or even days) later with no flavor deterioration. Our devices are made solely of wood, glass, and magnets with no electronic parts that are prone to breakage. In fact, all our devices come with a lifetime warranty.


SHIPPING

How will my package ship? Do you offer discreet packaging?

All packages will ship in a plain white box or brown padded envelope. We may use custom tape printed with our bricks logo to seal your box, but nowhere will the name Sticky Brick Labs be printed. The sender name on your USPS label will be listed as SBL.


What shipping methods do you offer?

All orders ship via USPS. Depending on weight, you may have the option of First Class, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express.


When will my order ship?

All orders ship within one business day. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number when the order is processed for shipment.


How does international shipping work?

International orders ship within one business day. You will receive an automated email with your import number when the order is processed for shipment. International orders require registered or Priority mail to receive tracking information.


RETURN/WARRANTY

Do your products come with a warranty?

All devices come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defect. All glass is covered by a 15-day warranty against manufacturer defect. Only products purchased by Sticky Brick Labs or a trusted retail partner are eligible for warranty claims. We do not endorse any second-hand device sales and warranties are non-transferable.


I think I have a warranty claim. What should I do?

Contact us at productsupport@stickybricklabs.com to discuss options. We reserve the right to provide reasonable troubleshooting measures prior to sending a replacement unit. Defective units may be requested for return on a case-by-case basis. Shipping costs for replacement items will be incurred by the customer.


What's your return policy?

Unused items carry a 10-day, no-questions-asked return policy for a refund of the purchase price minus a 5% handling charge. All shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
